Thank you so much for your feedback with the Baby Shusher! This is actually something we are discussing in the Board Meetings. However, at this time, the main purpose for the physical Baby Shusher is to help calm your baby. We do have a Baby Shusher App that you may purchase in the Apple Store. The app can play for up to 12 hours ando has a special feature called the Equalizer. The Equalizer feature will detect when the baby has calmed and will slowly volume down and if the baby awakes/cries again then it will turn back on if the timer is still set.
