I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the App. Please ensure that you have updated the most recent update. If so and it's still not working, please try completely removing the app, and reinstalling again from the App store (you will not have to repurchase the App). When you restart it, please try with the equalizer turned off before pushing the 'START' button.
