Is your Baby Shusher making a rapid shush? Well, great news - this is completely normal! It just means that the battery life is getting low and needs to be changed. Usually, the battery life in Baby Shushers is good for up to 10-15 hours, so if you have used this every day for a month then it’s pretty normal that you will need to change the batteries reasonably often.

To change the batteries, simply unscrew the power knob (orange top) and unclip the battery protection clip, replace the old batteries with two new double AA batteries

Once the new batteries are in the Shusher, place the white battery clip on the device and line the two triangles together on the power knob and screw the knob back on.

The screw needs to be firm, but not too tight, as the top will be hard to turn, and you run the risk of threading the screw.

If the knob is difficult to turn after replacing the batteries, just loosen the screw a little, and you should be good to go!

If this does not fix the issue, please let us know and I will help assist further.

Best,

Amanda
